Melissa Pendill: With over twelve years experience in graphic design, Melissa Pendill's approach is to create sites that are both well designed AND support their business objectives. Her nine years of internet experience include: web developer of a startup e-commerce company, designer/programmer at Styleclick (a division of USA Networks), freelancer, consultant, and owner of EarthSky Studios. Melissa has a Master of Fine Arts and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She has been educated at the San Francisco Art Institute, Oxford University in England, Studio Art Center in Florence, Italy, and the Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford.
Dustin Pendill: Dustin Pendill is an accomplished designer, programmer, project manager, and consultant with intimate understanding of how all the aspects of web development work together. He helped establish EarthSky Studios, and his devotion and hard work have helped make the business thrive. Dustin has a Masters of Fine Arts degree from the San Francisco Art Institute and a double BA in Fine Arts and Telecommunications (Advertising) from Indiana University.
Matthew Chamberlain: Programmer Matthew Chamberlain has over seven years experience of designing and implementing systems to bridge the gap between front-end users and back-end data. With a BSc in Mathematics and Computing from the University of Bath, in the UK, Matthew worked as a database programmer in the UK before moving to the USA and securing a similar position with EarthSky Studios. Matthew's experience in understanding how end users will interact with the computer systems on which he works has been integral to maintaining the high standards of website production at EarthSky Studios.
Others: In addition to the core full-time staff, EarthSky Studios, Inc. maintains an active roster of talented Flash designers, web designers, programmers, copywriters and marketing professionals. We expand our team on a project-by-project basis by bringing in key outside professionals. This allows us to bring just the right number and types of people together on the projects we are involved in.
